This Home is a cozy townhome located in a brand-new family-friendly neighborhood with easy access to the entire DFW metro! The home sleeps 6 guests with ample parking in the driveway & garage. The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, & a large open concept living space. Please enjoy the high-speed internet & the Roku Smart TV’s. In the large, updated kitchen you will have everything you need to make a delicious meal! We look forward to welcoming you to our home for your time in Dallas Area

BEDROOMS:
The home has 3 bedrooms total with the ability to sleep 6 guests.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, hotel-quality linens, a comfortable mattress, a large walk-in closet, a Roku Smart TV & a private ensuite
bathroom. The bathroom boasts a large vanity, a stand-up shower & complimentary shampoo, conditioner, & body wash.

The townhome also features two other bedrooms both with a queen-sized bed, high-end linens, comfortable mattresses, closet space, Roku Smart TV’s & alarm clocks that allow you to wake up to soothing light instead of noise.

The 2 bedrooms & the living space share an additional updated bathroom with a tub/shower combo that offers complimentary
shampoo, conditioner & body wash.

Please feel free to utilize the laundry room during your stay.

LIVING SPACE:
The open concept living space allows the kitchen to overlook the living area so that everyone can enjoy each other’s company. The living room features a large, comfortable sectional couch with a mounted Roku Smart TV. Feel free to log into any and all of your streaming services to watch a movie or catch up on your favorite shows.

There is parking for up to 2 vehicles behind the home & in the 2-car garage

NB: There is a camera in the entrance of the house. And that’s is the only camera on the property

**Be respectful to our neighbors, no loud music after 10 pm.

**This place is mainly set up as a quiet and peaceful place for your group to rest, not a place to host a loud party. Please do not book if you plan to host a loud party.

**Nor for any type of business transaction on site, or you will be asked to leave immediately.

**Attempt to remove or temper with the security camera will be asked to leave immediately.

** late checkout after 11 am is $75/hour, after 2 pm it is a whole day charge.

**** No Parties. Home is only for guests staying in the home NOT an event host site

*** No sports hosting! No beer parties. No pets. No smoking on premises!! Such findings will result in a loss of a refundable deposit of $1000.00 The space will be in clean and working condition. No compensation will be given for non-working items outside the owner’s control, including but not limited to, power outages, internet outages, etc. For items inside the Owner’s control, the Owner will make every attempt to rectify any problems that may occur. It is the Guest’s responsibility to notify the Owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or other compensations will be given for problems the Owner is able to rectify within a reasonable timeframe. The guest will be responsible for the costs of any repairs for problems caused by the actions of Guest or due to the Guest’s failure to immediately notify Owner of any problems.
